The end date of the billing period can be changed by using the "650" service, contacting the online customer support service or one of Azercell Exclusive offices.
The subscriber can change the end date of the billing period by sending an SMS with the numbers "1" or "2" to the 650 number.
Rules for changing the billing period:
To fulfill a request to change the end date of the billing period on the number assigned to an individual, an application containing the subscriber's request (signed by the subscriber) and a photocopy of the document must be attached to the letter sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com registered in the system.
The subscriber is recommended to send an application through the portal https://support.azercell.com/ to perform the operation on a number registered in the name of a legal entity. In this case, the registration of a written request (scanned) on a letterhead with a stamp (if any), signed by an authorized representative of the legal entity and disclosing the subscriber's request is also carried out through this portal.
To perform the operation to change the end date of the billing period, an individual can come to the Azercell Exclusive office with an identity card.
In the absence of an opportunity to approach in person, the authorized person can submit an application on behalf of an individual with a power of attorney issued to him.
A foreign citizen can make an operation to change the end date of the billing period by providing one of such documents as a passport, diplomatic passport, temporary residence permit (TRP), permanent residence permit (PRP).
If they cannot come in person, the authorized person can apply instead of a foreign citizen with a power of attorney issued to him.
To change the end date of the billing period, a legal entity must apply with a letter disclosing its request, signed by an authorized representative of the legal entity, and certified by the seal.
