Send SMS to 4545

To activate the ride, send the scooter’s ID to the short number 4545.

To activate the scooter, you need to send a unique 7 (seven) digit identification number (ID) in the format “START ID” to the short number 4545.

Example: Start 2342354

During activation, the activation charge and the service fee for the first 15 minutes are automatically deducted from the balance.
To stop the ride on the scooter, it is enough to send the 7 (seven) digit identification number (ID) in the format “STOP ID” to 4545.
The scooter can only be parked in official parking zones. If the scooter is parked outside the parking zone, it will not be possible to deactivate it and the user will be sent an SMS about the zones.
When the first 15 minutes are up, the ride is automatically extended for the next 15-minute interval. The corresponding amount is deducted from the balance. This process continues every 15 minutes until the ride is stopped.
When the scooter is deactivated, the amount for the unused minutes is automatically credited to the balance.
A subscriber can activate a maximum of 5 scooters at the same time.
