From 01.08.2023, all postpaid subscribers in the personal customer segment are suspended using the internet service in the absence of any internet package in the number.

• 1st invoice cycle is calculated from the 5th of each month until the 5th of the following month;
• 2nd invoice cycle is calculated from the 25th of each month until the 25th of the following month.
Note: Shortly before the end of the invoice cycle (during the last hours of the day), the necessary technical procedures are initiated to start the invoicing process. On the invoicing day itself (depending on the invoicing cycle, either on the 4th or on the 24th of each month), from the moment the invoicing process begins (approximately from 23:00) until it is completed, it is not possible to obtain information about the current status of the number via the Azercell application, the 650 service, or Customer Services. Once the process is completed, all services can be used normally and information can be obtained without any restrictions. Any usage of services during the invoicing process is reflected in the next invoice. Accordingly, any minutes and internet traffic consumed from the allowance provided in exchange for the monthly subscription fee during the invoicing process are assigned to the next invoice.
