Your Azercell, your application

"Azercell" app is a mobile and web app that gives Azercell subscribers instant access to their profile information, account details, subscriptions, balance, and payments. You can manage all your other Azercell mobile apps and services through the app.

"Azercell" app is available through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery and on the web. Download and install the app on your device. You will be prompted to register your Azercell number and create a password to use the app’s functions.

Most functions are free but you will be charged for purchases made in the app. You need an active Azercell mobile internet service to use "Azercell" app. However, all İnternet used through the app is not charged.

All subscribers can use "Azercell" app to:

• Check the status of their number
• Activate/deactivate the communication line
• Operate a roaming line
• Manage tariffs, internet packages and bonuses
• Check payment history for the previous 6 months
• Change tariff package
• Activate/deactivate Mobile Internet
• Purchase Internet packages for use within the country and on roaming mode
• Activate/deactivate Simurg service and ads
• Send 10 free on-net messages each day
• Get PUK code
• Get notifications (only available on the mobile app)
• Change the language of notification messages
• Subscribe to Azercell applications
• Earn bonuses through Share & Gain 
• Activate/deactivate Gizletcell, Gizlicell and Gizlətcell+ services (only available on the web)
• Activate/deactivate call waiting (second line) and call forwarding services (Call forwarding is only available on the web)

Post-paid subscribers can also:

• View bills
• Control the billings
• Get the invoice details for the last 3 months
• Subscribe to e-invoice
• Change the credit limit
• Pay off bills for the number by credit or debit card
• Prepaid subscribers can:
• Check the expiry date of call balance and number
• Top-up balance with credit or debit card
• Get SimKredit, SimTaksit and Internet credit
• Check the debt and history of SimKredit, SimTaksit and internet credit
• Mobile Payment for individuals (only available on the mobile app)
