The service can be used in the iOS and Android operating system as of the current date, as well as through the website kids.azercell.com.
When subscribing via SMS, a confirmation message and an activation link are sent to the subscriber's device. After downloading the application, you can activate your personal account in the application or on the website via your mobile phone number. To do this, click the "Subscribe" button.
Azercell Kids is an internet based mobile application. The application can be used if the internet package is active on the number or by connecting to a WiFi network.
You can continue to use the mobile application even after the internet package has been exhausted. In this case, the service fee is calculated for each 1MB, as indicated in the corresponding tariff plan.
To cancel your Azercell Kids subscription, send STOP to 3344.
Note: In order to avoid unnecessary and extra costs, Azercell Kids service will be inspected once a year for subscription use not registered within the last 90 days and accordingly, will be detected and canceled. These customers may subscribe to the mentioned service at any time by following the relevant rules.
