Postpaid line subscribers: outgoing calls and messages, mobile internet usage. Payments are shown VAT excluded. Subscription type services may not be reflected in detailed invoice.
Prepaid line subscribers: outgoing calls and messages. Information on the date of detailed invoice request will not be shown in detailed invoice.

Individuals and Legal persons can switch to Azercell from other operators by applying at any Azercell Exclusive offices with the relevant documents.

The person who registered the number via their name can visit one of the Azercell Exclusive offices together with their ID card and restore their number. To do this, the subscriber must top up their balance with at least 8 AZN or a higher amount. The uploaded amount will be deducted for activating the selected tariff.
