In the Pre-paid line system the number is deactivated at the end of the subscription period.
In the Post-paid line system the number is deactivated if the line is suspended one way due to accumulated debt or both ways upon subscriber’s request and if not restored during 6- month period.
According to the terms of the Subscription Agreement, the number is provided by Azercell Telecom LLC is only for use, not for subscriber's ownership. The number assigned to subscriber's use shall be removed from his/her use by termination of the agreement in case of non-compliance with the terms of the agreement. A number assigned to a subscriber in accordance with the provisions of the Subscription Agreement may be transferred to another subscriber for use in the event of termination of the agreement. The transfer of a decommissioned number to another subscriber’s use is at the discretion of Azercell Telecom LLC, and in such case, it is not intended to inform the previous subscriber.

Both persons must apply to Azercell Customer Care offices with relevant documents. If one or both of the persons cannot visit a Customer Care Office, the operation can be carried out based on the power of attorney.
In order to carry out the restoration operation of pre-paid line numbers, subscribers must top-up their number accounts (numbers to be restored) by presenting a 5 AZN card. In such case, a service fee in the amount of 1 AZN (VAT inclusive) will be charged.
Every Prepaid line subscriber may switch to Post-paid line without changing his\her number.
