How to cancel mobile number portability request?

Mobile number portability request can be cancelled by 18:00 of application date at any Azercell Exclusive offices with providing the relevant documents:

Individuals:

  • ID card.

Legal entities:

  • Letter of intent signed and stamped by the authorized representative;
  • Letter of attorney;
  • ID card of authorized person.

Individuals and Legal persons can switch to Azercell from other operators by applying at any Azercell Exclusive offices with the relevant documents.
