No. There is no additional fee for joining the lottery. You can earn chances to participate by purchasing eligible Azercell products and services as usual, as well as by topping up your balance and purchasing special products such as Chance Packs.

Azercell prepaid and postpaid subscribers aged 18 or above who are part of the consumer segment and whose mobile number is registered in their own name can participate.

If you cannot register for the lottery, please check the following:

• Make sure you are a prepaid or postpaid subscriber in the consumer segment.
• Make sure you are not using a tariff or number for which participation in the lottery is restricted.
• Make sure your number is active. You cannot join the lottery if your number is inactive.

If the subscriber is a lottery participant, their participation will be terminated and their earned chances will be reset. After the change, if the subscriber meets the applicable tariff and eligibility requirements, they may join the lottery again as a new participant, starting from 0 chances.

Participation will be terminated and all chances will be reset.

For the prepaid segment, draws will be held 8 times on October 27; November 3, 11, 17, and 24; and December 1, 8, and 15, 2026.

The Final Mega Draw for the apartment will take place on December 30, 2026, with prepaid and postpaid subscribers participating together.

In each draw, one iPhone 17 Pro 256GB winner will be selected for each calendar day that has passed since the previous draw, with a total of 58 iPhones throughout the campaign period.

In addition, one Toyota Corolla Cross winner will be selected from the chances accumulated during the week, with a total of 8 cars throughout the campaign period.

The Final Mega Draw will include all unused chances earned by prepaid subscribers between October 19 and December 15, as well as all unused chances earned by postpaid subscribers during the four billing periods from September 25 to December 5.

No. The specific chance selected as a winning chance will not participate in any subsequent draw.

However, this restriction applies only to the specific winning chance, not to the mobile number. Your other chances may still be selected as winning chances in subsequent draws, allowing you to win different prizes more than once.

If you win a prize, Azercell will notify you via your mobile number, app notification, SMS, or other available communication channels.

The results of each draw, including information about the winners, will be announced within 5 business days after the draw on Azercell’s official website and/or official communication channels, including live broadcasts. The announcement may include the winner’s first and last name and the last two digits of their mobile number in masked form.

You must contact Azercell within a period that starts no later than 7 business days after the draw and is no shorter than 90 business days, and provide the required documents, including your first and last name, identification document details, a mobile number registered in your own name, and, where necessary, documents related to a power of attorney, inheritance, or guardianship.

After the submitted documents have been reviewed and eligibility has been confirmed, the prize will be handed over to you within no more than 30 business days.

For prizes such as the Toyota Corolla Cross and the apartment, additional documentation is required in accordance with the procedures for registering ownership rights and, for the vehicle, state registration.

Azercell may refuse to provide the prize if the information provided is incorrect, false, or incomplete; if the mobile number used is not registered in your own name and the required document has not been provided; if you fail to contact Azercell within the required period; if you voluntarily refuse the prize; or if you do not meet any other requirements specified in these terms.

By participating in the lottery, you are deemed to have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of organizing and conducting the lottery, determining winners, and awarding prizes.

All data is protected in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and is used only for purposes related to the lottery.
