The settlement period with regards to the restored or transferred from a prepaid line to a postpaid number belonging to an individual is determined in the following order:
Note: The billing period for all numbers used by one legal entity or under the same corporate subscriber code will end on one day.
Individuals and Legal persons can switch to Azercell from other operators by applying at any Azercell Exclusive offices with the relevant documents.

The person who registered the number via their name can visit one of the Azercell Exclusive offices together with their ID card and restore their number. To do this, the subscriber must top up their balance with at least 8 AZN or a higher amount. The uploaded amount will be deducted for activating the selected tariff.
