How to get the balance information?

To check the balance:

Postpaid subscribers can:

• Call 650; 
• Send a blank (empty) SMS to 650; 
• Dial *650#YES;
• Use "Azercell" app.

An incoming balance update SMS from 650 costs 0.02 AZN (VAT excl.).

The incoming message will contain information on billed amount, due date, advance amount, unbilled amount and the remaining credit.

Prepaid subscribers can:

• Call 2112; 
• Send a blank (empty) SMS to 2112; 
• Dial *111*1*7#YES (the service is free of charge);
• Use "Azercell" app.

An SMS or call to the 2112 is charged at 0.02 AZN.

The incoming message will contain information on current amount, expiration date and subscription deactivation date.
