Any postpaid subscriber with the status of an individual (physical person) is eligible to subscribe to the “Alfa Plan” tariff package.
Yes, when subscribing to the “Alfa Plan” tariff for the first time, a one-time 50% discount is provided.
Regardless of the time when the number is subscribed to the “Alfa Plan” tariff package, bonuses are provided after 00:00 (midnight), and a corresponding SMS notification is sent. If, at the time of sending the request to subscribe to the “Alfa Plan” tariff package, less than 5 days remain until the billing date, the ability to join the package and all in-package bonuses are provided together after 00:00 on the next billing date. If more than 5 days remain until the billing date, the ability to join the package and the in-package bonuses are provided after 00:00 on the day of subscription.

The “Alfa Plan” tariff can be activated by sending the relevant keywords to the short number 650:

  • For “Alfa Plan 12GB” — A12;
  • For “Alfa Plan 25GB” — A25;
  • For “Alfa Plan 40GB” — A40;
  • For “Alfa Plan 60GB” — A60;
  • For “Alfa Plan 120GB” — A120.

The cost of 1 SMS to 650 is 0.02 AZN.
It is also possible to activate any “Alfa Plan” tariff package by dialing the corresponding USSD code or via the Azercell application:

  • *750*4*140# for “Alfa Plan 40GB”

When subscribing to the “Alfa Plan” tariff package, the subscription fee is deducted from the balance, while the bonuses are credited to the account.

The validity period of the “Alfa Plan” tariff is 1 billing cycle. Unused minutes, internet traffic, and application traffic are not carried over to the next month.
Information about tariff bonuses can be checked at any time by sending an empty SMS to the short number 650.

If the bonuses provided within the “Alfa Plan” tariff are exhausted, but the validity period of the package has not yet expired, the service charges are calculated as follows:

  • 1 minute of a domestic call costs 0.10 AZN;
  • 1 MB = 0.05 AZN. • 1 SMS = 0.10 AZN (International: 0.25 AZN).
Priority is given to internet packages in all cases except for the 56GB package.
The billing interval for calls is 60 seconds.
When switching from the “Alfa Plan” tariff package to another tariff, the existing bonuses of the current package are canceled.
The minutes provided within the tariff cannot be used for roaming, international calls, special codes (dialed with *), and short numbers. Also, within the “Call Me” service, if a call is received on the subscriber’s phone, the corresponding amount is deducted from the balance, not from the minutes provided within the tariff.
Yes, 0.02 AZN is deducted from the balance for each request sent to the number 650.
The cost of 1 domestic SMS is 0.10 AZN, while the cost of 1 international SMS is 0.25 AZN.
Priority is first given to the traffic allocated for social media, and then to the main package of the tariff. After the main package resources are exhausted and if there is no active internet package, the subscriber is redirected to a dedicated page with available options.

The usage period of the tariff (including bonuses) is calculated according to the relevant billing cycle:

  • for the 1st billing cycle — from the 5th of each month to the 5th of the next month;
  • for the 2nd billing cycle — from the 25th of each month to the 25th of the next month.
    During the last hours of the billing cycle, technical work is initiated to prepare for the next billing process.
    On the billing day (the 4th or 24th of each month), from approximately 23:00, the usage of services is reflected in the next invoice.

During the billing process, the minutes and internet traffic provided upon payment of the monthly subscription fee are attributed to the next billing period.

In case of a tariff change, if from the next billing cycle no bonus minutes and internet traffic are available on the number, the service charges for usage carried out until 23:59:59 during the billing process are deducted from the bonuses provided within the previous (current) tariff. After the billing process is completed, the calculation is carried out based on the new tariff package activated on the number.
