“Əsgərcell” is a special offer provided by Azercell in partnership with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan for individuals called up for military service. The offer allows service members to stay connected with their families and loved ones throughout their service and remain just a phone call away at the most important moments.
The package includes a dedicated non-smart mobile phone, a new Azercell number, and an initial balance. In accordance with security requirements, internet access and other additional functions are disabled on the device, and only voice call services are available.
The soldier can select 5 pre-approved phone numbers and communicate with family members and loved ones during designated hours. This makes one of the most valuable connections during military service – communication with loved ones – more accessible.
A soldier can subscribe to the offer by visiting a temporary sales point operating in a specially designated area within the military unit and presenting a copy of their identification document.

The phone is intended solely for calls and features a long-lasting battery. It has been pre-configured for restricted use and only provides calling services to approved numbers during specified times. Internet access and additional applications are not supported.
