You can join the lottery by opening the “Lottery” section in the Azercell app and clicking “Join the Lottery”, or by sending START to the short number 3035. Participation in the lottery is free of charge.

The earning of chances for prepaid line subscribers and the Lottery section in Azercell app will be available starting from October 19.

How can I earn chances?

  1. Top up your balance with 5 AZN or more and earn 1 chance for every 1 AZN.

No chances are awarded for balance top-ups below 5 AZN. After a successful balance top-up, the chances will be added to your lottery balance.

Example:

10 AZN balance top-up = 10 chances

Balance top-up below 5 AZN = 0 chances

  1. Spend more, earn more chances.

Every 1 AZN you spend on eligible products and services gives you 1 chance. Depending on the invoice amount, you can earn up to 5 times more chances. Your chances will be calculated by applying the following multipliers:

Up to 5 AZN: 1x From 5 AZN up to 20 AZN: 2x From 20 AZN up to 50 AZN: 3x Payments of 50 AZN and above: 5x

The winner is selected randomly from all eligible chances accumulated during the lottery period. Each chance represents an additional opportunity to participate in a draw. The more chances you have, the higher your probability of winning.

  • All chances earned during the lottery period that do not result in a prize win will remain active and can be used to participate in the Mega Prize — Apartment Draw.

Only chances earned through eligible transactions are taken into account. Having chances does not guarantee that you will win a prize. Winners are selected randomly. The more chances you have, the more opportunities you have to participate in the draws and, consequently, the higher your opportunity to win a prize. The prize may be officially claimed only by the registered owner of the mobile number who is 18 years old or older. If a participating subscriber transfers the mobile number to another person, changes from a prepaid line to a postpaid line or from a postpaid line to a prepaid line, participation in the lottery will be terminated and all chances will be reset.

If you are a postpaid subscriber belonging to the consumer segment, your chances start accumulating from September 25, 2026, or October 5, 2026, depending on your billing cycle.
No. There is no additional fee for joining the lottery. You can earn chances to participate by purchasing eligible Azercell products and services as usual, as well as by topping up your balance and purchasing special products such as Chance Packs.
Azercell prepaid and postpaid subscribers aged 18 or above who are part of the consumer segment and whose mobile number is registered in their own name can participate.

If you cannot register for the lottery, please check the following:

  • Make sure you are a prepaid or postpaid subscriber in the consumer segment.
  • Make sure you are not using a tariff or number for which participation in the lottery is restricted.
  • Make sure your number is active.
  • You cannot join the lottery if your number is inactive.
If you are a postpaid subscriber, the chances you have earned will be reflected in the app before each draw (before November 30 and December 30). You can also check your chance balance by sending SHANS to 3035.
For your chances to participate in the draw, your outstanding invoice balance must be paid in full within 21 calendar days from the invoice issuance date. Otherwise, your chances will not be calculated and will not participate in the respective draw.
No. Numbers on Corporate (B2B), Dealer, Data, Ailə, Tourist, and Əsgərcell tariffs are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
Chance Packs are special packages that provide on-net minutes and additional lottery chances. You can purchase different Chance Packs starting from 1 AZN. For more information, open the “Lottery” section of the Azercell app or send INFO to 2425.
Yes. You can join and participate separately with each of your prepaid or postpaid consumer-segment numbers registered in your own name. Each number earns and accumulates its chances independently.
If the subscriber is a lottery participant, their participation will be terminated and their earned chances will be reset. After the change, if the subscriber meets the applicable tariff and eligibility requirements, they may join the lottery again as a new participant, starting from 0 chances.

Yes. Regardless of the country where you live, you can participate if you have a prepaid or postpaid consumer-segment number registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan and in your own name.
For both segments, the number of chances is calculated after rounding the transaction amount. Amounts between 0.90 AZN and 0.99 AZN are rounded up to the next whole AZN.
Payments for selected partner services, charitable and donation payments, Paycell payments, SimKredit services, and certain other services do not generate chances.
No. There is no limit to the number of chances a subscriber can earn. The more eligible transactions you make, the more chances you earn.
For postpaid subscribers, the draws will be held twice, on November 30 and December 30, 2026. The Final Mega Draw for the apartment will take place on December 30, 2026, with prepaid and postpaid subscribers participating together.
In each of the draws held on November 30 and December 30, 6 iPhone 17 Pro 256GB winners and 1 Toyota Corolla Cross winner will be selected. In total, across the two draws, there will be 12 iPhone 17 Pro and 2 Toyota Corolla Cross winners.
The Final Mega Draw will include all unused chances earned by prepaid subscribers between October 19 and December 15, as well as all unused chances earned by postpaid subscribers during the four billing periods from September 25 to December 5. Therefore, every chance that did not win a prize in the previous draws will remain eligible to participate in the apartment draw.
No. The specific chance selected as a winning chance will not participate in any subsequent draw. However, this restriction applies only to the specific winning chance, not to the mobile number. If you win a prize, Azercell will notify you via your mobile number, app notification, SMS, or other available communication channels.

The results of each draw, including information about the winners, will be announced within 5 business days after the draw on Azercell’s official website and/or official communication channels, including live broadcasts. The announcement may include the winner’s first and last name and the last two digits of their mobile number in masked form.

You must contact Azercell within a period that starts no later than 7 business days after the draw and is no shorter than 90 business days, and provide the required documents, including your first and last name, identification document details, a mobile number registered in your own name, and, where necessary, documents related to a power of attorney, inheritance, or guardianship.
After the submitted documents have been reviewed and eligibility has been confirmed, the prize will be handed over to you within no more than 30 business days. For prizes such as the Toyota Corolla Cross and the apartment, additional documentation is required in accordance with the procedures for registering ownership rights and, for the vehicle, state registration.
Azercell may refuse to provide the prize if the information provided is incorrect, false, or incomplete; if the mobile number used is not registered in your own name and the required document has not been provided; if you fail to contact Azercell within the required period; if you voluntarily refuse the prize; or if you do not meet any other requirements specified in these terms.

By participating in the lottery, you are deemed to have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of organizing and conducting the lottery, determining winners, and awarding prizes.

All data is protected in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and is used only for purposes related to the lottery.
