To deactivate monthly internet pack, it is required to send stop ay or 0 to 2525 or dial *100*0#YES. In this case, the pack is canceled immediately.
In order to stop the automatic renewal of monthly internet pack, it is required to send ay- to 2525 or dial *100*00#YES. In this case, the remaining internet pack balance can be used until the end of the usage period.
When the monthly package is deactivated, the remaining internet traffic will be deleted and internet usage will be calculated according to the current tariff plan.
