Automatic balance information

After each call, sent message and internet session (immediately after the end of the session without an internet package), information about the remaining funds on the balance is displayed on the screen in the form of a notification.

General Information

The “Automatic balance information” service allows Prepaid line subscribers to immediately receive information about the funds used and remaining on the balance at the end of each call, sent short message, and also while using the internet without a data package.

Service activation

To activate the “Automatic balance information” service, simply dial *375*1#YES or send the keyword START to 3235.

  • When the session ends during internet use (when the internet connection stops) in the absence of an internet package, information about the balance is displayed on the screen.
  • Automatic balance information is not stored in the phone's memory, and the information screen is deleted when other buttons are pressed.

  • The service is automatically updated every 30 days.

Additional Information

Any Prepaid subscriber can use this service.

The service works on a monthly subscription basis and is automatically updated every month if there are enough funds in the balance.

If the balance information is not deleted from the screen after the first use, both the new and old information are displayed after the second use.

The "Automatic balance information" service is not provided on numbers with forwarding enabled.

If the subscriber deactivates the "Automatic balance information" service, a notification message about the exhaustion of minutes and SMS bonuses within the tariff package will not be sent to the number.

To deactivate the service, send STOP to 3235 or dial  *375*0#YES . The service is free.
