If the volume of the provided Internet package expires earlier, then Internet access will be deactivated in the end of the cycle and the redirection of the package to www.azercell.com will be activated.
To get information about Internet traffic balance, send an empty SMS to 2525 or dial * 100 # YES on your phone screen (in this case, the information is provided free of charge).
To deactivate the 50MB Internet pack or to unsubscribe, send the keyword STOP 3 to 2525 (SMS sent to 2525 costs 0.01 AZN for Postpaid subscribers)
Unused Internet traffic is not transferred to the next day / month.
Several packages can be used at the same time.
Internet packages in roaming are charged based on Internet roaming tariffs.
The amount paid for the Internet package is not refundable when the package is rejected.
If the 100 MB and 500 MB Internet packages are ordered, and the next day there is insufficient balance, the system will check the balance for 90 days. If the balance is not increased within the specified period, the subscription will be canceled.
