To get balance information in roaming the following options can be used:

• Prepaid subscribers can get information about balance by calling or sending a blank SMS to 2112.
• Postpaid subscribers can get information about balance by calling or sending a blank SMS to 650. Calls will be charged in accordance with tariffs of outgoing calls to Azerbaijan. 
• Through the "Azercell" app.

To get information on the roaming internet pack balance, it is required to send the keyword Balance to 2525 or dial *100#YES.

The cost of SMS sent to 2525 is 0.01 AZN.
