The "Asan İmza" (Mobile ID) service enables you to confirm your identity in the electronic environment.
The "Asan İmza" (Mobile ID) service enables you to get access to numerous e-services provided by state and private organizations, and confirm your identity in the electronic environment.
The "Asan İmza" (Mobile e-signature) is a mobile electronic ID card that can be used when using e-services and verifying a digital signature. The "Asan İmza" mobile e-signature allows citizens to use a mobile phone as an enhanced digital e-signature, gain access to numerous e-services provided by public and private organizations, as well as sign various e-documents. According to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the "Asan İmza" is equivalent to a hand signature. After activating the "Asan İmza" service, the user must approach ASAN Certification Services Centre (ASXM) under the State Tax Service of the Ministry of Economy (CES) to activate the "Asan İmza" certificate."
The "Asan İmza" service is available both on a physical SIM card and on a new generation eSIM. To subscribe to the "Asan İmza" service for the first time, it is necessary to visit one of the Azercell Express offices. After activating the service, the subscriber should apply to ASAN Certification Services Centre (ASXM) of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy to activate the "Asan İmza" certificate.
For the population (Individuals) - 0 AZN,
For legal and physical persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities - 18 AZN
For civil servants and representatives of local self-government bodies - 16 AZN.
The "Asan İmza" service can be activated both on existing and new numbers.
The "Asan İmza" monthly service fee for legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities is 2.5 AZN, and for the services such as the population (citizen) is 0.0 AZN. You can read detailed information about the new tariff for "Citizen" here.
The monthly fee for civil servants and representatives of local self-government bodies is 0.0 AZN.
Each transaction is free of charge for all users through the "Asan İmza" service.
Note: 3.54 AZN (VAT included) must be paid for "Asan İmza" physical SIM card and new generation eSIM card change.
Note: Both civil servants and legal entities and physical persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities receive an ordinary citizen's certificate free of charge when obtaining the "Asan İmza" mobile e-signature certificate in accordance with their field of activity.
In order to subscribe to the "Asan İmza" service for the first time, subscribers must apply to the customer care offices, and after making the appropriate payment, they become eligible for the use of "Asan İmza" service for 3 years.
After activating the "Asan İmza" service, subscribers are charged a monthly subscription fee (30 days for SimSim subscribers) (for 3 years).
According to the terms of the Contract with the subscribers, the service fee is charged before imposing the restriction on the provision of the service (two-sided suspension).
If the number / numbers subscribed to the "Asan İmza" service are limited with the provision of the service upon the terms of the Subscription Contract, the use of the "Asan İmza" service in this number / numbers is automatically stopped.
Once this restriction is removed, the use of the "Asan İmza" service will be resumed automatically (within 3 years from the moment of activation of the "Asan İmza" service).
If the service is restricted for any reason (personal request of the subscriber, registration of number from one name to another, non-fulfillment of obligations, debt, as well as delayed payment in the post-paid system, etc.) within 3 (three) years from the date of activation of the "Asan İmza" service, due to the termination of the Subscription Contract, the "Asan İmza" service gets canceled as well. In this case, resuming of the "Asan İmza" service is not provided.

Subscribers who use "Asan İmza" SIM card and new generation eSIM card can benefit from this service.
Extension of "Asan İmza" for the next 3 (three) years via SMS is possible only for subscribers whose validity period of the current service has expired.
