The “Asan Imza” (Mobile ID) service enables you to confirm your identity in the electronic environment.
The “Asan Imza” (Mobile ID) service enables you to get access to numerous e-services provided by state and private organizations, and confirm your identity in the electronic environment.
The “Asan Imza” (Mobile e-signature) is a mobile electronic ID card that can be used when using e-services and verifying a digital signature. The “Asan Imza” mobile e-signature allows citizens to use a mobile phone as an enhanced digital e-signature, gain access to numerous e-services provided by public and private organizations, as well as sign various e-documents. According to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the “Asan Imza" is equivalent to a hand signature. Authentication and e-signature certificates used in the “Asan Imza” service are provided to service users by the Asan Certification Services Center (ACSC) of the Ministry of Taxes.
To use the service, you must first obtain an “Asan Imza" SIM-card, then authentication and electronic signature certificates.
To subscribe to the “Asan Imza” service, the subscriber is requested to apply to Azercell Express offices.
For the population (Individuals) - 0 AZN,
For legal and physical persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities - 18 AZN
For civil servants and representatives of local self-government bodies - 16 AZN.
“Asan Imza" SIM-card can operate on both existing and new numbers.
The "Asan Imza" monthly service fee for the population, legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities is 2.5 AZN.
The monthly fee for civil servants and representatives of local self-government bodies is 0.0 AZN.
Each transaction is free of charge for all users through the “Asan Imza" service.
Note: 3.54 AZN (three manats 54 kopecks) must be paid for SIM card change (including VAT).
Note: Both civil servants and legal entities and physical persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities receive an ordinary citizen's certificate free of charge when obtaining the "Asan Imza" mobile e-signature certificate in accordance with their field of activity.
In order to subscribe to the “Asan Imza” service for the first time, subscribers must apply to the customer care offices, and after making the appropriate payment, they become eligible for the use of “Asan Imza” service for 3 years.
After activating the “Asan Imza" service, subscribers are charged a monthly subscription fee (30 days for SimSim subscribers) (for 3 years).
According to the terms of the Contract with the subscribers, the service fee is charged before imposing the restriction on the provision of the service (two-sided suspension).
If the number / numbers subscribed to the “Asan Imza" service are limited with the provision of the service upon the terms of the Subscription Contract, the use of the “Asan Imza" service in this number / numbers is automatically stopped.
Once this restriction is removed, the use of the “Asan Imza" service will be resumed automatically (within 3 years from the moment of activation of the “Asan Imza" service).
If the service is restricted for any reason (personal request of the subscriber, registration of number from one name to another, non-fulfillment of obligations, debt, as well as delayed payment in the post-paid system, etc.) within 3 (three) years from the date of activation of the “Asan Imza” service, due to the termination of the Subscription Contract, the “Asan Imza" service gets canceled as well. In this case, resuming of the “Asan Imza" service is not provided.

This service is available to subscribers who use "Asan Imza" SIM card and whose "Asan Imza" service expires on that SIM card.
