If a Sərbəst activation request is sent within 5 days of the end of the billing period, the tariff will be activated at 12 a.m. on the day the billing period ends.  If there are more than 5 days left, it will be activated at 12 a.m. on the day of connection.

The lifecycle of Sərbəst tariffs is one bill-cycle period. Unused call minutes and data are erased and not rolled over to the next month.

After bonuses expire but your tariff plan is still valid, all-net calls are charged at 0.06 AZN per minute.
In-tariff minutes only include calls made from Sərbəst Postpaid to Sərbəst Postpaid numbers. Tariff minutes are not valid for roaming, international calls, calls with * (asterisk) and some short numbers.

If a Sərbəst customer utilizes an additional internet pack, except the 50 GB internet pack, priority will be given to that pack. Sərbəst customers can use any monthly, daily and unlimited data pack. If the tariff changes, the current data pack stays active.

Customers without enough money in their balance (or for internet pack purchase) will be charged 0.1 AZN per 1 MB of data, 0.05 AZN per SMS, 0.06 AZN per on-net minute and 0.08 AZN per off-net minute. 

Data calculations are rounded off to the nearest 51 KB. Rounding interval for calls is 60 seconds.

All call minutes and data from the old tariff plan expire when a new Sərbəst tariff plan is activated.

Thus, instead of countrywide, on-net and in-tariff minutes provided within the "Sərbəst" tariff packages, it is possible to use common countrywide minutes more conveniently and profitably. This will allow subscribers to talk more comfortably in all directions and more easily control the balance of the number.

In addition, access to the internet provided within the "Sərbəst" tariff package will be more profitable. In addition to maintaining access to social networks and correspondence, the use of the internet has also increased. The changes will be applied from the next update of the current tariff package “Sərbəst" after the 30-day current period of its use.
