Why was my number not transferred?

There can be several reasons for an MNP being denied:

  • The personal information of the subscriber with the current provider does not match the ID details provided in the MNP application to Azercell.
  • The number is not registered in subscriber’s name.
  • The number is not active at the current provider.
  • The number is active less than 90 days at the current provider.
  • The number is the subject of a legal issue between the subscriber and the current provider.
  • The number is for internet usage only.
