To top-up the balance of a prepaid subscriber, dial *131*(operator code) number*13-digit code #YES
To top-up the balance of a prepaid subscriber, dial *141* operator code and number *13-digit code #YES
The top-up amount will only be transferred if you have adequate balance in your account. If your account has a negative balance, the value of the payment card will be used against it. If the value of the card is greater than the value of the negative balance, the remainder will be credited to your account.
The balance top-up for prepaid subscribers is the usage period of the card + 180 days.
There is no expiry date for postpaid subscribers. These payment cards may be loaded at any time in the future.
The validity period of payment cards is calculated from the day of the top-up.
Payment amounts made online or from payment kiosks are reflected on the balance of the number within 30 minutes.
Attention
Old-style SimSim payment cards can still be used to top-up postpaid numbers. The method is exactly the same as for new cards.
Please note that the terms and conditions of this campaign have changed for new subscribers as of 27.09.2016. New SimSim subscribers who top-up their balance with at least 1 AZN (not including through Paycell and other services) within 10 days of activation will receive a 3 AZN bonus. The bonus balance can be used within 30 days.
The top-up services are available for prepaid subscribers while roaming.
Postpaid subscribers can top up while roaming by sending the 13-digit code of the scratch card to 650 or via 141.
However, please note that services that require IVR will not work outside Azerbaijan.
You are given 3 chances to enter the code correctly. After the third unsuccessful attempt, top-up services for your number will be blocked for 24 hours. You can unblock the service immediately by sending a blank (empty) SMS to 1001 (prepaid) or 650 (postpaid) numbers. Each SMS costs 0.02 AZN.
