Additional Information

MobilBank is a mobile app that functions using the internet connection on your phone. You will need an active phone line and internet tariff plan with adequate balance to use the online features of the app.
Banks apply a monthly fee for providing access to their services through Mobilbank. The fee is debited directly from your bank account by the respective banks. Different banks may apply different fees. Please check with your bank for details.
Each card requires its own unique software to run on MobilBank. Please install the software for the cards that you wish to use. There is no limit to the number of cards that you can use through MobilBank.
For security reasons, it is not possible to reset the PIN code on the app. You will have to uninstall the app, download it again, and then re-register your bank account.

If your phone has been stolen, contact AzeriCard customer support immediately to deactivate the service. You should also inform your bank. On a new phone, you will have to download the app again and repeat the same registration process as before.
