INFORMATION

Employees of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company and its affiliates are eligible for the special SOCAR tariff.

As of 01.11.2015, the SOCAR tariff plan is no longer available to individual subscribers. Subscription is available only for corporate numbers on provision of consent form.

Note: Starting from 04.03.2023 the current tariff will be replaced by the “Dövlətcell” tariff! Detailed.

* Charging interval: for calls – 60 seconds, for Internet – 51 KB

Additional Information

All bonus on-net minutes expire at the end of the billing cycle and cannot be rolled over to the next month.
The free bonus minutes cannot be used to call short numbers, for redirected calls or calls within the tariff. They also cannot be used while roaming. The cost of such calls is deducted from your main balance.

All SMSs are charged at 0.05 AZN each.

*As of 12.02.2019 in numbers referring to postpaid line system the charge for each SMS within the existing tariff packages “Bizimkilər”, “Hər yerə”, “Biznes200”, “Aile Tarif”, “Dövlətcell”, “SOCAR” and “Mediacell” will constitute 0.05 AZN. Meanwhile, the charge for every additional SMS sent beyond “Hedsiz” and “Hedsiz Zeng” tariff packages will constitute 0.05 AZN.



On-net minutes provided within the tariff “Socar” are activated 24 hours after ordering the package. If the subscriber immediately uses the pack, the funds spent on the call will be deducted from the main balance. Subscribers are offered packages for 60, 500 and 1500 minutes.
