SMSs sent from a Prepaid subscriber to 2525 are free.
Each SMS from a postpaid subscriber to 2525 costs 0.01 AZN.
Subscribe by Kabinetim
You can also order an internet pack through the Kabinetim. Dial *110# to get a direct download link to Kabinetim (available on Android and iOS).
Internet access will be deactivated at the end of the validity period or bill cycle of the tariff plan. You will be redirected to the internet.azercell.com landing page to activate a new internet pack.
The main advantage of this service is the convenience of an automatic renewal reminder when you have used up your data balance. When this happens, you are redirected to a landing page with options to continue using data.
The landing page presents users with 3 options to continue using data:
To get information about your balance, send a blank (empty) SMS to 2525 or dial *100#YES on your phone. This service is provided free of charge for prepaid subscribers and costs 0.01 AZN for postpaid subscribers. Postpaid users can also check their balance from the next billing cycle.
Corporate subscribers are not eligible for these internet packs:
Postpaid subscribers who purchase an internet pack in the current billing cycle will be invoiced the subscription fees in the following bill cycle. If the billing cycle is longer than 30 days, the next invoice may reflect the charges for both the current and next month’s internet packs.

On most devices, settings are automatically updated via ADC (Automatic Device Configuration).
The ADC process is automatically initiated when an Azercell SIM card is inserted and the device is switched on. The appropriate settings are received and saved on the device with no need for additional steps by the user.
If your device does not automatically initiate ADC, you can request it by SMS.
Note
On a dual SiM phone, the Azercell SIM card must be physically present inside and chosen as the default SIM.
To receive manual settings, send a blank (empty) SMS to 9595 from the device. Each SMS to 9595 costs 0.01 AZN.
On your device, ensure that the APN is set to “Internet” and Authentication is set to “Normal”.

Enter Name as “Azercell Internet”, ensure that the APN is set to “Internet” and Save.
Go to Settings
> Mobile Network
> Mobile Phone
Ensure that the APN is set to “Internet” and restart the device.

> Mobile Networks
> Access Point Names
Create a new APN.
Enter Name as “Azercell Internet”, ensure that the APN is set to “Internet” and APN type is set as - default, hypri/default supl/default. Then, save the info and activate Azercell Internet and Mobile networks.
