First, insert the SIM card into the smartwatch (make sure the device is turned off during the installation). Ensure that the SIM card is active and that 4G and mobile data are enabled. Then, turn on the smartwatch.

Next, download the “Canyon Life” app on your mobile device from the Google Play or App Store, and create your account by following the instructions on the app. The app requires Android 8.0 or later (with Google Mobile Services support), iOS 14.0 or later.

To add the smartwatch in the app, go to the “Device” section and tap “GSM Devices - Add GSM Device”. Then select “Physical SIM card” watch and scan the QR in the device menu (swipe the main screen to the left and tap “Device” – “Register code”).

Once the smartwatch is added to the app on your mobile device, you can start using all available features.

Without connecting the smartwatch to the app, only the following features will be available: incoming/outgoing calls, camera and photo album, music player, stopwatch, and games.

The smartphone is required only for the parent to manage and control the smartwatch and its functions.
When purchasing on installment, you can get the device with the special “Kids Watch” tariff only for 15.90 AZN per month. The tariff includes 1 GB of internet and 100 on-net minutes for local calls. The installment period is 12 months. After completing the payments, you may continue using the tariff for 6 AZN per month. The plan is automatically renewed each billing period.
If the device is purchased under a credit arrangement, the tariff cannot be deactivated or changed until the full outstanding amount is paid.
The tariff is not active in roaming.
You may add the number used in the smartwatch as a new profile in the Azercell mobile app. To download the app, dial *110#.

In the event of a warranty claim, the correctly filled warranty card must be presented together with the device.

The smartwatch supports over 20 languages, including Turkish, English and Russian. You can select the language from the “Settings” menu.

The Canyon Life app supports over 30 languages, including Azerbaijani, Turkish, English and Russian. Go to the “Settings” – “General” – “Regional Settings” menu to select the language.
