Focused on customer satisfaction and always taking care of its customers, Azerbaijan’s leading mobile operator Azercell with a family of 4,5 million subscribers has made its next innovation. This time the company presents an innovation for the subscribers within the project of Mobile Customer Services. Starting from September 14, Azercell will come to the places of subscribers who cannot visit Azercell Express and Customer Service Centers due to various reasons. The process will be carried in a simple and comfortable manner. Thus, the subscriber may call to Baku and Gandja Call Centers or his/her representative may verbally address Baku Front Office and order Mobile Customer Services. The service costing AZN 15 will include up to 5 different operations according to the customer order. The service will be provided at the place of subscriber in Baku (including adjacent villages) in accordance with general procedures of the company.
Mobile Customer Services designed in April this year realized the wishes and expectations of citizens more comfortably and operatively by visiting Azerbaijani districts and towns. Subscribers were provided with all services offered at Customer Service and AzEx offices. It should be noted that this concept in customer service was first applied by Azercell in the country. Azercell has always stood out for its innovations in customer services. The company established first Call Center operating on 24/7 basis in 1998 and first Regional Call Center in Gandja city in 2009. Providing not only face-to-face service, but also virtual, online services to its subscribers Azercell is improving the quality of this service.
