Effective October 28, 2026, “Azercell Telecom” LLC will discontinue balance inquiry and top-up services via calls to 650 for corporate and consumer customers. The change comes as part of the company’s ongoing service optimization efforts, given the declining relevance and significantly reduced use of these services.
Subscribers will continue to check their balance by sending an SMS to 650 (AZN 0.02) or via the Azercell app.
