Professional development opportunities

We deploy a 70:20:10 approach in the professional development of our employees. During their development our employees attain 70% of their knowledge in their daily professional lives, 20% comes from building relationships with others, and 10% is gained from professional development programs in which Azercell makes major investments. In order to meet the developmental needs of our employees we use practices from world-famous companies as well as our internal expertise.

Currently, Azercell Academy has around 30 certified trainers. They educate on such topics as Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Customer Oriented Service Culture, Customer Centered Approaches, Face-to-face and On-the-Phone Customer Service, Sales Essentials, Essentials of Management, Health and Safety Training – First Aid, Firefighting, and Defensive Driving.

The Azercell Academy offer quality training and seminars not only for its employees and partners, but at the same time, to various private and public institutions.

“Azercell Telecom” LLC's Professional Program is designed for those who have certain degree of work experience, an academic background and a strong personal drive. This program offers an opportunity to gain business acumen and personal development within “Azercell Telecom” LLC. Over a period of six months top level managers and experts within the Azercell group, as well as external experts, provide insight into both the Company and the telecommunications industry that is shaping our world.
