Standard Insurance – the first corporate customer moving to Azercell’s network in the frames of MNP

Since the time of its launch in 1996 Azercell continues introducing and implementing innovative customer service system models in our country. Corporate customer service – is a special area in customer service being always one of the top priorities for Azercell. The Company has a leading role in the market of corporate communication services, covering with its network a large number of non-government and public organizations, local and international brands operating in all sectors of Azerbaijan's economy. After the launch of Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service one more company has joined 4.5-million member family of country's leading mobile communications provider. On March ,11 the Company hosted a meeting with its first corporate customer that moved to Azercell's network under the Mobile Number Portability service: one of the leading companies in the area of insurance services – Standard Insurance. Company’s Board of Directors Chairman Kamal Ibrahimov has expressed his appreciation to Azercell for attention and many years of successful operation in bringing innovative and top quality services in Azerbaijan. Mr. Ibrahimov noted that the choice in favor of Azercell was made based on high-quality of communication, reliable connection, quality of mobile Internet and top-level customer service, which is rated as a quality standard in Azerbaijan. President of Azercell Telecom Chiril Gaburici also thanked Standard Insurance for choosing the quality and services of Azercell, as well as promised to continue providing all its customers high-quality service, reliable communication and innovative products.

We would like to remind that Azercell Telecom is the first company in Azerbaijan providing opportunity for connection in the frames of Mobile Number Portability service. Today, the Company has over 200 customer service points accepting requests for number portability and provide comprehensive information on this service. This network includes 148 express-offices, 10 customer service centers and 156 dealer shops across the country.
