To further improve service quality, optimize tariffs in response to increasing mobile internet demand, and offer subscribers more convenient and cost-effective options, “Azercell Telecom” LLC is introducing updated roaming internet packages tailored to user needs, effective from 23 December 2025.

Starting from 10 February 2026, new subscriptions to roaming internet packages not listed above will be discontinued. In addition, the unlimited WhatsApp messaging feature included within the 10 GB roaming package will be discontinued.
