Effective December 01, 2025, new subscriptions to the GigaMax and GigaMax+ internet packages will be discontinued. Existing users who subscribed to these packages before the mentioned date may continue using their current subscription until canceled by the user.
Note: Subscribers can obtain detailed information about the above-mentioned changes, the other terms and conditions of the “GigaMax” and “GigaMax+” internet packages, as well as about the services, tariffs, and ongoing campaigns provided by “Azercell Telecom” LLC, through the official website www.azercell.com or by contacting Customer Services (Customer Care or Exclusive offices, and the Call Center operating 24/7). Corporate subscribers may contact the dedicated Customer Service at (012) 490 49 40 (from a landline) or 6050 (from a mobile phone, 1 call – 0.10 AZN) from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, to get information about available tariffs, campaigns, and services, perform various operations, and receive technical support.
