“Azercell Telecom” LLC launches the Bursary Program 2026, offering scholarships for students with high academic performance.
The program aims to support the academic and professional development of students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields.
Selected students will:
Receive a monthly scholarship throughout their higher education Expand their knowledge in telecommunications and technology Gain exposure to potential internship and employment roles within the company
Eligibility
Azercell Bursary Program 2026 is open to students in the following categories:
3rd or 4th year students enrolled in a standard 4-year bachelor’s degree program For 5-year bachelor’s degree programs: students in their 4th or 5th year 1st or 2nd year master’s degree students Candidates with high academic performance (minimum requirements are specified in the Application Form)
Application Procedure
Applications for bursary program are accepted only online.
Applicants must:
Apply through the Application Form Upload the required documents online Applications must be submitted by 11 February, 2026

Selection Process
The selection process for Azercell Bursary Program 2026 consists of three stages:
Interview stage
Following the application screening stage, only shortlisted students will advance to the next stage of the selection process.
Azercell invites eligible STEM students to apply for the program and wishes them success in the selection process.
