Azercell Telecom LLC has been working under no timeline in order eliminate temporary difficulties with the power supply of base stations owned by the Company, and consequently malfunctions with the communication services in most regions of the country, which were caused by the suspension of electric power supply in the country at around 00:20 a.m. on July 3rd, 2018. Normal operation of major premises and Call Center and Data Center of the Company, as well as several websites was immediately resumed by means of stand-alone generating units. Also, mobile generating units were sent to necessary places in order to maintain the smooth operation of other websites.
Despite the extremely hot weather, the Company continues to take necessary actions to ensure that Azercell subscribers are provided with high-quality mobile communication services all over the country.
