Azercell Telecom LLC, the leading mobile operator of Azerbaijan, has scored 100% rate for responding customer inquiries on company’s official page in Facebook social network. Azercell responded all inquiries made by customers via social network in February and became leader among all brands in Azerbaijan. For many times, the company was awarded “Socially devoted” certificate from international research organization Socialbakers for its record results in customer services.
The company hit the record for 100% response rate first in the second half of 2014. We would like to remind, that back in 2012 Azercell became the first Mobile Operator in the country awarded with the Socially Devoted certificate. In order to issue the certificate the indicator of responses to the growing from year to year inquiries of the page users are being measured. In addition to the high number of users Azercell was ranked the first for its involvement and interactions via the social network.
Researches by Socialbakers, the organization monitoring the social networks all over the world demonstrated that the official Facebook page of Azercell is one of the leading pages in Azerbaijan and tops the list among mobile operators for the number of fans. As of today, Azercell’s Facebook page has 400,000 fans and their number continues to grow day by day.
Azercell was the first Mobile Operator to create its official pages and provide online services in social networks. The ultimate goal of the pages was to bring the services closer to customers, inform them promptly on the innovations.
