On June 16, Azercell Telecom organized public presentation of the Barama Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center office space. President of Azercell Telecom Chiril Gaburici, company representatives, ICT professionals, young entrepreneurs and the media joined the opening ceremony at Demirci Plaza (near Khatai metro station). In his speech, Mr. Gaburici briefed on the activities of Azercell in the recent years and spoke of the major achievements during this period. Company President also emphasized the importance of projects in the field of corporate social responsibility, and stressed the need to support talented young people and young entrepreneurs: "One of the most successful projects of our company – Barama Center creates broad opportunities for young people to realize their innovative ideas to launch a business. Through this center Azercell will continue to support and create opportunities for young people with innovative ideas in developing and implementing their plans."
During the years of its operation Barama Center supported implementation of many successful projects. With the support of local and international companies different competitions, training courses and grant programs were organized for young entrepreneurs.
New office of Barama Center, created with the support Azercell Telecom, possesses with a larger space. The center is equipped with the necessary tools for more effective implementation of ideas for future entrepreneurs. The new office also has a large meeting room, which can host large-scale events under various projects. Other rooms are equipped with smart boards for holding high-quality training sessions. Another advantage of the new office is an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to use it for their projects 24 hours a day. Unlike the previous office in the new venue also provides rest rooms fo the project participants.
At the opening ceremony Azercell representatives also briefed the visitors on various campaigns, tariff packages that Azercell successfully implements this summer as part of its strategy for the development and expansion of mobile communications in regions of our country, as well as favorable tariffs for mobile Internet and roaming services for the benefit of subscribers.
Being faithful to its commitment on social responsibility Azercell continues to present opportunities for the development of the younger generation in different fields and invites all talented young people interested in pursuing their own unique ideas to Barama Innovative and Entrepreneurship Center.
