Azercell Express now in Ismayilli

The number of regional AzEx offices reached 29

Azercell Telecom continues to increase the number of Azercell Express offices in Baku and in the regions to provide its customers with rapid and high quality services. So, as of November 7th the new AzEx office is available for company’s subscribers on Babek street, side street 2, apt. 1 of Ismayilli city. 

Along with the subscribers from Ismayilli, the citizens of the neighboring regions can also benefit from the services of this new AzEx office. Similar to others, this AzEx office will also operate on the basis of one-stop shopping concept so convenient for subscribers. This conception allows customers to benefit from three services being in the same location. Customers can make payments for their monthly bills, use the full range of customer services and buy a new phone or a new number. Would like to remind that Azercell Telecom became the first mobile operator among CIS countries to introduce its subscribers such services by launching ist first Azercell Express office in Baku on August 27, 2004. 

Would like to note, that currently Azercell has 18 AzEx offices in Baku and 29 in the regions. Moreover, 4 Customer Service offices operate in Baku and 6 in the regions. Azercell plans to increase the number of AzEx offices both in Baku and throughout the country until the end of this year.
