Subscription Agreements regulating the relations between subscribers and Azercell Telecom LLC regarding the Prepaid (SimSim) and Postpaid numbers will officially enter into force on April 14, 2022, with Article 6 defined in the following new edition, and will be applied in the relations related to both the Prepaid (SimSim) and Postpaid line numbers:
6.1. To activate or deactivate the Roaming service within the terms and conditions specified by Azercell, Subscriber contact Customer Care offices.
Furthermore, we would like to inform our subscribers that from November 12, 2015, Azercell Telecom LLC has been providing subscribers with the opportunity to activate or deactivate the Roaming service by sending the keyword to a specified short number without paying any deposit amount. Given the above, the term on the deposit amount required to activate the Roaming service set forth in the Subscription Agreement is removed. Subscribers can spend money on the balance of their numbers on telecommunication services or use them as part of the services provided in Article 2.8 of the Subscription Agreement.
