General information

You can choose your new Azercell number from the comfort of your home or office. Visit azercellim.com, choose your favorite number from more than a million numbers, order it and get it in the nearest Azercell store.

How to get a number?

  1. To purchase a number, you need to take the following steps:
  2. Go to Azercellim.com, find the desired number, and click the "Order" button.
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Name and surname;
    • Required document (identity card, passport, etc.);
    • Mobile number
    • Email address
  4. After reading the terms and agreeing, confirm the order. Once the information has been verified and confirmed, you will be taken to the payment page.
  5. First of all, make sure there are sufficient funds on the card to pay the total cost of the number. Enter your card details and confirm the payment:
    • 16 digits on the card;
    • Card expiry date;
    • Security code (3 digits on the back of the card).
  6. After a successful payment transaction, the online order number will be confirmed and an electronic invoice will be displayed on the next page. The receipt should include the following information:
    • Date of issue, serial number;
    • Full name of the seller, address, contact phone number and fax, email address;
    • seller identification number (TIN);
    • Buyer's name and surname; other information allowing to identify him;
    • Basic information about the characteristics of products (works, services);
    • Name of the product (work, service);
    • Unit of measurement of products (works, services);
    • The total volume of products (work, services);
    • The total cost of the products (works, services) provided (excluding VAT);
    • The amount of VAT;
    • The final amount;
    • Cost and other terms of delivery;
    • Terms and procedure for the execution and return of the order;
    • Payment details determined by the bank;
    • Rules for filing claims and complaints.

Note: You can print the invoice or send it to your email address.

Once the process is over, the detailed information and order code associated with the online ordering number will be sent to the mobile phone number and email address provided on the website.

The order code must be kept confidential. You can find out the ordered number by contacting any Azercell office. When transferring the number, the order code and the legal document mentioned on the website (for example, identity card) must be given to the relevant employee at the Azercell office.

Additional information

www.azercellim.com is a unified, centralized search system for numbers sold at the official dealers of Azercell Telecom LLC.  You can find a suitable number on this site by typing its numbers (at least two digits) in the search field and clicking the "Search" button. You can also order the selected number online by paying with a bank card.

On the main page, in the search field, enter the numbers of the number you need. Select the number you like and click the "Buy now" button on the page that opens. On the next page, enter the required information, after reading the terms, click the "Order" button. After confirming your details on the payment page, pay the full amount by credit card. If the payment is successful, your order will be confirmed, and the order confirmation information will be sent to your specified mobile phone number and email address. The client can get the number ordered online only by contacting any of Azercell's branches and presenting the order code and an identity document.

The number ordered online can be obtained by contacting any of the Azercell offices. Before receiving the number, you must show the employee of the branch an identity document, as well as the order code.

Currently, you can order a number online only if it is paid in full by credit card on www.azercellim.com. You can get more information on the "Online Ordering Rules" page.

Ordering a number can be paid both in cash and by the non-cash method. However, when ordering a number on the website, you must pay the amount online using a bank card. Also, after an online order, you must pay the service fee separately for activating the number and the selected tariff in the store from an official dealer when activating the number.

Not all numbers available on the site are available for online ordering. Including numbers offered through the Nice & Mirror and Beautiful Numbers campaigns, numbers belonging to their respective dealers, and numbers without a Buy Now button in front of them cannot be ordered online.

After the number is ordered through the website, you can get information about the ordered number, the amount paid, and the customer by entering the appropriate data in the sections "Order code," "FIN-code," and clicking the "Check" button.

When placing an order online, the subscriber has the right to return the ordered number within 7 days before signing a paper copy of the contract in the presence of both parties.
