Students of local higher and vocational secondary education schools can join the tariff.

If you are already a SimSim subscriber (even if the number is not registered on your name) apply to Customer Service or Azercell Ekspres offices with your student and personal ID cards.

If not, apply to Azercell Ekspres offices with your student and personal ID to get a new number and join the tariff.

Charging interval for calls within tariff – 1 minute. Charging interval for local calls – 30 seconds.

Moreover, you get 20% discount on Mobile Internet packs

Additional Information

Subscribers may only have one number under this tariff plan.
The tariff plan is valid for 1 year once your application is approved. If you are still eligible (still a secondary school, college or university student) at the end of that period, visit any Azercell Ekspres or Customer Service office to extend your subscription for another year. If you fail to do so, you will be transferred to an Azercellim tariff plan.
Yes, these rates do not apply to short numbers.
All other services are charged in accordance with the Azercellim tariff.
The discount cannot be applied to My Pack.

All SMSs are charged at 0.05 AZN each.

*As of 12.02.2019 the charge for each SMS within the following tariff packages “Azercellim”, “Bizimkilər”, “Hər yerə”, “GəncSim”, “Bölgə” and “Tələbə birliyi” in numbers referring to Prepaid (SimSim) line system will constitute 0.05 AZN. Meanwhile, the charge for every additional SMS sent beyond “GencOL” and “Kombo” tariff packages will constitute 0.05 AZN.
