Individuals:

To provide this operation for individuals the documents listed below are needed:

  • Individuals should visit Azercell Exclusive offices with an ID card.
  • Deactivation of individual entity’s’ number via Call Center for a short period of time requires to dial *1111.

Note: For all Azercell subscribers, regardless of the length, the cost of one call to the number *1111 is 0.10 AZN with VAT.

Foreign citizens:

For providing this action for foreign citizens, it is necessary to provide the following documents:

  • Permission for temporary / permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Passport.

Note: If the subscriber cannot come to Azercell Exclusive office, the operation can be performed on the basis of a power of attorney.

Legal Persons: 

For proving operations for legal entities, needed:

  • Contact the customer service with a letter of intent, which is declared at your request, with the signature and seal of the authorized legal entity.
  • To deactivate the number via Call Center for a short period of time, the legal entity is required to dial *1111.

Note: For all Azercell subscribers, regardless of the length, the cost of one call to the number *1111 is 0.10 AZN with VAT.

  • To deactivate the number for a long period, the application must be sent through https://support.azercell.com/. In this case, the registration of the letter-request (if it is scanned), on a letterhead (if any), signed by an authorized representative of the legal entity, is also possible through the portal.

Deactivation of number is also possible for individuals and legal persons through Kabinetim.
