The main advantage of this service is the convenience of an automatic renewal reminder when you have used up your data balance. When this happens, you are redirected to a landing page with options to continue using data.
After re-direction a subscriber can choose between three options by one-click:
1. Renew the existing pack
2. Order a new pack
3. Continue to use the service without pack (1 MB – 0.05 AZN)
In case of package absence for GencSim,Azercellim subsribers 1MB =0.20 AZN, for another subsribers the price is 1MB =0.40 AZN.
50GB Internet pack users are given free access to the Internet in case they use the allocated traffic before the next renewal date. The speed is to be limited up to 128 kb/s.
Yes, you are free to purchase multiple packs on the same day. However, you may only purchase the same internet pack once a day.
If you wish to purchase a pack of a volume less than your current pack, you must use up at least 95% of the data from the current pack first.
As of 03.04.2019, there are no restrictions on purchasing a pack of a volume larger than your current pack.
No, Azercell conveniently renews the same pack on your number at the end of the validity period, given there is sufficient balance in your account.
If there is insufficient balance to renew the pack for a prepaid (SimSim) line, the system will attempt to renew it again over 90 days.
For postpaid subscribers, the system checks the line for 90 days after the subscriber’s line is barred from incoming and outgoing calls. If the line has not been activated by the end of this period, the subscription is automatically cancelled.
To get information about your balance, send a blank (empty) SMS to 2525 or dial *100#YES on your phone. This service is provided free of charge for prepaid subscribers and costs 0.01 AZN for postpaid subscribers. Postpaid users can also check their balance from the next billing cycle.
Postpaid subscribers who purchase an internet pack in the current billing cycle will be invoiced the subscription fees in the following bill cycle. If the billing cycle is longer than 30 days, the next invoice may reflect the charges for both the current and next month’s internet packs.

As of 08.02.2016, internet data bonuses from the Samsung, Galaxy Tab and Huawei campaigns will be used before the data bonuses from other packages. This applies to all prepaid and postpaid subscribers using these packs:
If the data is used up before the end of their respective validity periods, internet access will be suspended. The user will then be forwarded to www.internet.azercell.com to purchase a new pack.

If there is 50GB monthly internet pack on the balance of the customer, utilization of the Serfeli 30GB and Serfeli 10 GB monthly internet packs will be limited.
