SUBSCRIPTION
To join the campaign apply to any Azercell Customer Services or Azercell Ekspres offices or official dealers with your personal ID-card.
After using the Internet pack a customer will be re-directed to the landing page to continue Internet usage. The main advantage of the service is that there is no need to dial a code or send SMS to continue Internet usage. Customer will be automatically re-directed to the necessary page automatocally. After re-direction a customer can choose between three options by one-click:
- Renew the existing pack
- Order a new pack
- Continue to use the service without pack (with 1 MB = 0.05 AZN tariff)
- Usage period of the package: 30 days.
- Unused Internet traffic cannot be transferred to the next usage period.
- If the traffic allocated within the pack is used before the usage period, Internet access will be forbidden until the end of the usage period and customer will be forwarded to internet.azercell.com to order new Internet packs.
- When buying DATA number Internet pack will be activated automatically.
- Customers need to text stop month to 2525 in order to unsubscribe from monthly pack (in this case the remained Internet traffic will be annulled) (1 SMS – 0.01 AZN).
