Directions:

  • Collaborate with service stakeholders, developers and solution designers in order to meet user needs;
  • Install/deploy, configure, modify, maintain and test systems, software and products;
  • Monitor resource utilization and make/recommend improvements to efficiency;
  • Adopt, configure and maintain automated provisioning, management and integration tools;
  • Develop and maintain software and tools for internal usage and/or routine automation purposes;

  • Students/graduates;
  • Educated in related fields, such as: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, Cybernetics, IT& Engineering and similar faculties;
  • With Background: Linux systems, SQL & PL/SQL, Shell scripting, Continuous integration and IT automation (Jenkins, Ansible), Containerization concepts (Docker);
  • With Competencies: Analytical thinking, Problem Solving, Algorithmic thinking.
  • Nice to have knowledge and experience in:
  • Software development (Java, Python, PHP);

TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING

A core network is a telecommunication network's core part, which offers numerous services to the customers who are interconnected by the access network. In general, this unit is responsible Troubleshooting of Daily Tickets opened by Customer Care agents, Core Network Elements Configuration such as MSC, HLR, SGSN, GGSN etc.

 

We look for:

  • Students/graduates;
  • With Tech Skills: Linux (RedHat, SuSe, Ubuntu), UNIX (Solaris 10,11), SQL basics and Soft Skills: Analytical and Critical thinking;
  • Educated in related fields, such as: Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Radio Engineering and similar faculties.

 

 

 

DEVELOPMENT

The Software Development process in Azercell is split into the following stages:

  • Requirements gathering
  • Software Design
  • Development (Coding)
  • Testing
  • Deployment and Operations (Maintenance)

 

This unit’s work is related to the Development (Coding) stage, but depending on the project might involve Design and Testing as well.

 

  • Front-end development is mostly focused on what some may coin the "client side" of development. Front-end developers will be engaged to manage what people first see in their browser. As a front-end developer, you are responsible for the look, feel and ultimately design of the site. Front-end languages include HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

 

  • Back-end development refers to the server side of development where you are primarily focused on how the site works. Making updates and changes in addition to monitoring functionality of the site will be your primary responsibility. This type of web development usually consists of three parts: a server, an application, and a database. Code written by back end developers is what communicates the database information to the browser.

Languages: Java, SQL, PL/SQL and other specific ones - Go, PHP

Frameworks: Spring framework - Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud

 

  • Full-stack a developer who has a general knowledge in all steps from concept to finished product; to a fictional figure with a virtually unattainable skill set. Being a Full-Stack Developer doesn’t mean that you have necessarily mastered everything required to work with the front-end or back-end, but it means that you are able to work on both sides and understand what is going on when building an application.

 

Thus, a full-stack developer would be proficient, if not fluent, in:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
  • JavaScript library: JQuery
  • Mobile development: Native Script ,Flutter.
