- Unix, Open VMS, Windows OS management systems, Sybase, Ingress, Oracle
- Excellent in Azeri, Russian and English (Intermediate)
- Driving license
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connecting Pre-paid GPRS and VAS systems to Azercell network
- Maintaining Pre-paid, GPRS and VAS systems non-stop working, periodic control and periodic saving information from database and files to information holders
- Adding new Pre-paid, GPRS and VAS subscribers to the system and control of their subscription period
- Adding new Pre-paid scratch cards to the system
- Handling Pre-paid, GPRS and VAS subscribers' complaints
- Creation of new services and payment tools
- Solving possible technical problems with Pre-paid, GPRS and VAS systems
- Dimensioning and forthcoming upgrade of Pre-paid, GPRS and VAS systems
