Required Qualifications

• Higher technical education
• Windows, Access, Unix (shell scripting, awk programming)
• Programming (ANSİ C, ProC, Perl, Delphi, Java), EDİFACT,ASN.1, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL (big tables), XGF/VIPP, Postscript, PCL,XML, Barcode types
• Azerbaijani – excellent, Russian and English – intermediate

Main Responsibilities

• Conduction of new “shipment” tests – system upgrade or solving any problems detected
• Answering to requests incoming from ICT/Helpdesk
• Elimination of the errors that may cause inaccuracies in bills and invoices till the next billing period
• Checking discounts provided to subscribers
• Examination of the system capacity and support of new services and conduction of invoice tests
• Provision of VAS support to other groups, units and divisions
