Tariff change
There are different ways to change your tariff easily:
Via SMS
For Azercell postpaid subscribers:
- key in the desired tariff name and send it to
For SimSim subscribers:
- key in the desired tariff name and send it to
Confirmation SMS regarding your request will be sent within 24 hours.
Via Online Self-service
Go to Online Services, login into your account*, choose “Tariff change” and select the tariff you want to switch to from the drop down menu.
* if you haven’t got login go through registration to get one.
Via Customer Care and Azercell Ekspres offices
Visit one of our Customer Care or Azercell Ekspres offices, select desired tariff.
To get info on your current tariff send empty SMS to 
Price per SMS-request sent to 1005 - 0.02 AZN
Migrate from SimSim to Postpaid
You can migrate to Azercell postpaid with your existing SimSim number.
Visit one of our Customer Care or Azercell Ekspres offices to get a new SIM-card (FREE of charge).
