All students studying at colleges, institutes or universities (master, bachelor degrees) can subscribe to "Tələbə 1-liyi" tariff.
Subscription rules:
- to subscribe with existing SimSim number apply to Azercell Customer Service or Azercell Express offices with your student ID and personal ID
- to obtain and subscribe with new SimSim number apply to Azercell Express offices with your student ID and personal ID

Notes:
- Students not having Azercell number can see subscription terms here.
- Subscriber can connect his number to tariff even if it's assigned to other person's name.
- Every student can connect only one number to "Tələbə 1-liyi" tariff.
- Tariff is provided for one year since the day of activation. İn order to keep subscription after that period the subscriber have to apply to Azercell Customer Service or Azercell Express offices for confirmation of being student. Otherwise subscription to tariff will be stopped and tariff will be changed to “Bizimkilər” automatically.

- Charging interval for calls between students is 1 minute.
- Charging interval for calls to all destinations within the country is 12 seconds.
- Discounted SMS price is not applied to SMS to short numbers and SMS sent in roaming.
- Service price for additional Mobile Internet usage is 0.04 AZN per 1 MB.
- Other services are charged in accordance with "Bizimkilər" tariff prices.
- If subscriber is participating in any other campaign (for example "Əzizlərim"), he will benefit from the campaign with lower tariffs.
