International calls
International calls tariffs are the same for all Azercell Postpaid and SimSim subscribers:

Note: Charging interval for international calls is 1 second for Azercell postpaid subscribers and 10 seconds for SimSim subscribers. Charging interval for calls to Satellite numbers is 6 seconds both for Azercell postpaid and SimSim subscribers.
Exclusive discount zone
For the first time in Azerbaijan Azercell created “Exclusive discount zone” for making international calls at special rates.
Now any time all Azercell subscribers can take advantage of special discount within “AEROP1”, “AEROP2”, “AEROP3” and “ARIND1” coverage areas of International Airport named after Heydar Aliyev - International calls will be charged at the price of local calls!
