Paycell

With Paycell service you can share with your talk time and make transfer (0.50 AZN or 1 AZN) from your balance onto balance of any SimSim subscriber. Starting from 20.07.2011 it's also possible to send 0.20 AZN.

Just key in the number of subscriber (050/051 and number) onto whose balance you want to transfer amount and send it to 9204 (for 0.20 AZN), 9200 (for 0.50 AZN transfer) or 9202 (for 1 AZN transfer) via SMS.

0.22 AZN (0.55 AZN, 1.10 AZN) are withdrawn from the sender's account and 0.20 AZN (0.50 AZN, 1 AZN) amount will be transferred onto the balance of appropriate SimSim subscriber.

Attention!

Starting from 27.09.2011 you can get information about used Paycell service by sending Paycell usage date to short number 9201.

When sending the date the following format should be used:

  • 01.01.2011
  • 01012011
  • 01/01/2011
  • 01-01-2011

Information will be provided only for Paycell service used within last 90 days.

Service is available for all Azercell subscribers.

Usage fee:
Per every SMS sent to 9201 - 0.02 AZN


Notes

  • Starting from 08.06.2011 daily limit of 10 transfers is applied for Paycell service usage.
  • Amount will be transferred onto the subscriber’s balance if the expiry date of the balance amount is not elapsed. Expiry date of balance amount will be prolonged for 5 (1*) days if it is shorter than 5 (1*) days; will not be changed if it is longer than 5 (1*) days.

  • Amount will be transferred onto the subscriber’s balance if the expiry date of balance amount is elapsed. In this case amount will be transferred and line will be opened for five days.
  • In the following cases:
    • If the SMS-request format is wrong
    • If the subscriber sends additional SMS-request and exceeds daily quota (10 SMS-requests)
    0.20/0.50/1 AZN withdrawn from the balance of subscriber (the sender of amount) will be returned and loaded back onto the subscriber's balance, but SMS-request fee (0.02/0.05/0.10 AZN) will not be reimbursed.
  • If the subscriber (the receiver of amount) has debt for usage of any service (Gizlətcell, Gizlicell, SIM-card replacement and etc.) the gift amount will be transferred, but expiry date of balance amount will not be changed.
  • Amount via Paycell service can be sent to newly subscribed numbers with preactive balance loaded and language selected. In this case Paycell requests sent to newly subscribed numbers will be loaded to balance the next day (after 09:00).
  • Newly subscribed numbers not loaded preactive amount can use amount received via Paycell service upon 24 hours period after balance top-up.
  • Starting from 09.04.2009 SimSim subscribers can send Paycell request after loading at least 1 scratch card not depending on number status (new subscription, reactivated ("resold") numbers etc.). This kind numbers can use service 1 day after balance top-up (due to time needed for recognition of number in system).
  • Upon amount transfer the subscribers — both the sender and receiver, will get status report via SMS-notification.
  • Starting from 01.12.2011, Azercell Postpaid subscribers (meaning newly subscribed, reactivated or migrated from SimSim numbers) can use "Paycell" service only if total sum of previously issued and paid invoices is 50 AZN (with VAT) or more. This rule may not be applied during billing process.
